SPEAKER: Dr. Debby Hamilton, MD, MPH, IFMCP, FMAPS
TITLE: Combating the Escalating Mental Health Crisis Harming our Adolescents
DATE: Wednesday July 30th
TIME: 18:00 BST
19:00 CEST (Central European Time), 13:00 EDT (Eastern Time)
DESCRIPTION:
Adolescent mental health is in crisis. Around the world, suicide is now the second leading cause of death in young people. Since COVID, rates of depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders have sharply increased. This rise is due to a complex mix of social, environmental, and physical factors, meaning that treatment also needs to be multi-layered.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how healthcare practitioners can take an integrative approach to support adolescents. We’ll look at physical contributors to poor mental health, such as nutritional deficiencies, infections, and toxin exposures, many of which can be tested for and treated. You’ll also learn how herbs, supplements, and targeted nutrients can play a key role in easing symptoms and building stress resilience.
What You’ll Learn:
- The scale of the adolescent mental health crisis and what’s driving it.
- How social, environmental, and physical issues interact to affect mental wellbeing.
- Common underlying physical causes like nutrient deficiencies, infections, allergies, hormonal imbalances, and more.
- Which tests can help uncover hidden drivers.
- A range of therapeutic options to support mood and behaviour.

20:00 CEST (Central European Time), 14:00 EDT (Eastern Time)
DESCRIPTION:
Water: the single most important molecule for Life – how it impacts on energy delivery mechanisms and inflammation with implications for management.
Water makes up 99% of all molecules in the body – it holds enzymes, cell membranes, and all by chemical machinery in the correct 3-dimensional shape for perfect energy delivery mechanisms. The special quality which allows this is fourth phase or exclusion zone water. The quality of EZ water directly ties in with inflammation.
This talk will discuss the physical properties of EZ water, the implications for energy delivery and inflammation and most importantly what we can do about it with respect to the prevention of disease.
