Please note:

⚠   72 hours is the maximum stability time of the stool sample

⚠   Please sample and ship on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday only

⚠    Arrange the pickup with DHL at least 1 working-day before collecting the sample

⚠   The sample should be kept at a refrigerator temperature of +4 to +8 °C until pickup

ARMINLABS STOOL TEST KITS

Test kits are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail so they usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

A test kit can be ordered and dispatched within the UK without full payment. However a £10 non refundable deposit will be required. This amount will then be deducted from the final amount.

DHL Waybills are valid for a few weeks.
UPS Waybills are valid for 3 months.

                The AONM Order Forms are periodically updated.

The EasySampler Stool Collection kit contains:

                 1x Sealed Instructions 
                 1x EasySampler
                 2x Nitrile Gloves (large)
                 1x Sample tube with transport medium (liquid)
                 1x Faecal swab
                 1x Shipment Tube & Adhesive Label
                 2x Grip seal bags
                 1x Order Form
                 1x White DHL Medical Express bag + shipping documents

Please include a completed and signed copy of the order form in the kit – Seal the laboratory order form separately using the other grip seal bag

The correct tests must be marked. Failure to do this may result in additional costs, and/or require a new stool sample.

COLLECTING A SAMPLE

Remember to urinate before mounting the EasySampler to the toilet

      a. Lift the toilet seats.

      b. Clean and dry the rims of the toilet bowl with toilet paper so that the EasySampler can be mounted on to a clean and dry surface.

      c. Unfold the Easy Sampler

      d. Remove the two tape protections from the EasySampler and mount them on the back of the bowl

                              ⚠ The EasySampler must not touch the surface of the water

      e. Remove the remaining tape protection and mount the front part of the EasySampler at each side in mid position of the bowl, leaving space to dispose of toilet paper in front of EasySampler

      f. Once secured, put down the toilet seat. EasySampler is now ready for use

      g. Have a bowel movement. 

                             ⚠ Make sure the stool does not come into contact with the toilet water or urine

⚠ Please note that the stool sample should be kept at a refrigerator temperature of +4 to +8 degrees Celsius until the courier pickup. The collected stool sample should be sent to the  laboratory by courier as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

You need to call DHL at least 24 hours prior to your required pick up. Note if samples are being sent on a Monday DHL must be called the Friday before. 

Call DHL on 0344 248  0012 (for Ireland 1870 0700 or 1816 2000) to arrange collection of the samples. 

Please give DHL your DHL waybill number, which can be found between the top barcodes, and confirm that they have your correct address contact details. 

A copy of the instructions are included in the test kit.  

The DHL Waybill number can be found on the shipping address label (inside the clear plastic wallet on the DHL bag). It is between the barcodes.

Call DHL on 0344 248  0012 (for Ireland 1870 0700 or 1816 2000) and ask if it is possible to rebook  for the same day. If this is not possible, book a collection for as early as possible the next day. 

Please store the package at a refrigerator temperature of +4 to +8 °C until pickup

Only the AONM helpline can track shipments. If you would like to track your order please call the helpline and they can give an update on your package.

All the export invoices are submitted directly to customs. The code C-PLT on the waybill means it is a paperless invoice, and the export invoice has already been submitted.

PAYMENT

Yes, tests can be ordered through the online shop. Click here

If you wish to pay by BACS in £ sterling, please use the bank details on the order form. Your name can be used as the reference.

If you wish to pay by € Euro, please contact us for our Euro account details and a quote at support@aonm.org

Once payment has been made by BACS please contact us at support@aonm.org or 03331 210 305 (09:00-16:30 Mon-Fri) to let us know, and we will generate the AONM Authorisation Code. Please have test numbers to hand if asked. 

Sorry, it is not possible to set up a payment plan. The Lab requires payment upfront.

RESULTS

Reports are published between 7-10 days from the Lab receiving the sample.
