International ME/CFS Conference 2026

This international scientific conference will showcase cutting-edge research into disease mechanisms, together with the latest clinical trial evidence on potential treatments for ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome) and post-COVID conditions.
Spanning two days, the hybrid event brings together clinicians, researchers, and interdisciplinary experts from across medicine and the life sciences to exchange knowledge and advance the field.
The conference will be streamed live from the historic Harnack House of the Max Planck Society in Berlin, Germany, allowing participants worldwide to join online. All scientific sessions will be held in English.
An afternoon symposium on day two will be dedicated to a German-speaking audience, with the detailed programme to be announced soon.
Registration for online attendance opens in mid-February. Further speaker announcements and programme highlights will be released shortly.
Recordings of the lectures, presentation materials and concise session summaries will be made freely available to the public following the conference.
